This page sets out the full legal agreements, user responsibilities and service policies relating to use of the mvp444 platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between mvp444 — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions and associated services — and any person ("player" or "you") who uses the platform.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policies
2.1 Deposit Methods
At mvp444, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only.
2.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (all payment methods)
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
- Withdrawal processing time — within 10 to 45 minutes (under normal conditions)
2.3 Withdrawal Verification
Every withdrawal request is reviewed by mvp444. If the name on the bank account does not match the player's account name, the withdrawal may be put on hold. No third party may withdraw funds using another person's bank account.
2.4 Payment Security
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are protected with SSL encryption. A restriction may apply requiring withdrawals to be made through the same method used for the deposit.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
3.1 Welcome Bonus
mvp444 offers new players a welcome bonus of up to 100% of their first deposit, capped at 100,000 Ks.
- Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 40,000 Ks in your account. You must wager the bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
- Example 2 — Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving you a total of 320,000 Ks in your account. You must wager the bonus amount of 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
This means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before any winnings connected to that bonus can be withdrawn.
3.2 Bonus Restrictions
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus one time only.
- After claiming a bonus, withdrawal requests will only be accepted once the wagering requirement has been met.
- No two bonus offers can be combined or used at the same time.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.
- mvp444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
3.3 Wagering Requirements
When working towards a bonus wagering requirement, bets placed on game types with a low return-to-player (RTP) rate may only count partially rather than in full. For detailed contribution rates, please contact the Player Centre or Live Chat.
Game Fairness and Restrictions
4.1 Fair Play Commitment
All games at mvp444 run on a regularly audited Random Number Generator (RNG), so every game result is unbiased and unpredictable.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited.
- Bonus abuse or exploiting bonus loopholes
- Using computer bots or automation software to play
- Playing across more than one account simultaneously

If any of these activities are detected, mvp444 will immediately suspend the account, including any balance, and launch an investigation.
4.3 Game Interruptions
If a game is interrupted during play due to a network disconnection or server issue, mvp444 will determine the outcome by reviewing the game logs. That decision is final.
VIP Tier System and Cashback Policy
The mvp444 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players move up or down the tiers based on their wagering volume and overall activity.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Cashback bonuses are credited to your account on a set schedule. VIP cashback bonuses are not exempt from the bonus wagering policy in section 3.1. The final decision on VIP tier upgrades or downgrades rests with mvp444 management.
